Not hating on LOCM, just telling you what I see after looking. LOCM appears to want to play in the local directory space which is crap to begin with. Yelp, the biggest in the world is losing money hand over fist while Google is kicking 3rd party reviews from it's map section and buying Zaget. Google wins, Yelp loses and everyone else is a joke.
