The real issue is the New Hope location and the Amex listing
Seriously, have you heard of a tech company in New Hope, PA? I have to question the skill level of employees that could be attracted in an area like that. If they were in New York, I would perhaps take them seriously. Also, why is this company on the Amex and not on the Nasdaq like every other tech company? I will wait for the secondary offering the next quarter or two before jumping in. They will have to do one soon.
Its actually a really nice area. 59% residents have a bachelors degree. 27% have a graduate degree. Unemployment only 2.6%. Houses are big, around $500k ,and up. Really good schools.
I've been to New York City a few times, and I don't remember thinking it was full of intelligent people. Its a fun place to visit, but its a shithole compared to New Hope
