Disney has the first look deal with POW for 2 and a half years, and had a partnership for longer. Project wise, we've only seen a digital motion comic, that took a year to come out. It's a project that POW should have been able to do without Disney. The often touted 3 movie deal doesn't seem to be making progress ( no info from POW or Disney). The movies don't seem to be on Disney's slate of movies for 2010.
It's going to be hard to get the share price much higher if POW's management doesn't communicate more with their investor base.
I don't think you will find many institutions willing to buy into POW, without a steady flow of information.
POW's management needs to fix the company before they concentrate on getting their company moved onto the AMEX.
Better info to the shareholders will also make it easier to value the company, estimating a fair value for the pps vs. risk.
