I read the brief 10Q using your link and didn't see that number expressly stated - did you calculate it from the statement "The companies revenues...increased by $68,741"? They seem to be indicating that their only significant income is the $2.5 million that Disney gives them each year. But isn't that Indian cartoon network paying them anything for "Chakra"? They "currently have over 20 projects 'in development'" but...well, that's a pretty honest warning. I know I'm rolling the dice on this one. Hang in there Stan.
The Yahoo link is the only type of link I can post. I looked at the full filing on the SEC website. The Disney money is their most significant revenue and has been for the past 4 years. They also got about $41,000 for a Stan Lee appearance. I would guess the other income probably comes from the "Ultimo" manga.
There didn't appear to be any "Mighty 7" money (Iwas hoping to see it this quarter) or "Chakra" money. I assume "Chakra" would have to make a profit before we see anything from that.
I wrote this on iHub about "Moghty 7" money :
"It could be that the money takes 60 to 90 days to come in. Or, I'm wrong and it's another money losing venture. Or, the money stayed as part of Stan Lee Comics to fund other projects (something I was worried about). Genius Brands (a partner on "Mighty 7") should post their earnings report tomorrow (if it isn't late) and it might provide some insight as to "Mighty 7" money. "
Genius Brands (a partner on "Mighty 7") should post their Q1 report today, unless it is late. That might provide clarity on "Mighty 7" money and when to expect it.
I don't see POW! stock going anywhere (well maybe down) without a boost in revenue from projects.
