Construction is coming along and progressing to tie the plant to the Missouri to bypass ground wells. Seems the Ft. Peck Energy Company (the one with 50% Tribal participation) has decided that resources profits can be made with a bit of ingenuity to protect the inhabitants as well. It would appear that, besides being 50% of the efforts to recover resources on their lands, the Tribes are using their mental and physical engineering resources to address water resource issues. Doesn't quite paint the picture of misery some would have us believe. I'll keep reading, as it is readily available information and appears to be both an easy ready and a clear counterbalance to the one-way prattle on this subject that has been the case ongoing.
