    Agreed. Contract to provide marketing for two competing drugs? Something tells me this won't go to trial, but also a significant payment to Amylin while not admitting guilt.

    The media just loves this company. It seems that most of the people are fooled all of the time. Someone I know who works there has had several major projects killed because the high-skilled management was let do during the current ongoing mass layoff (which has been hush-hush for the past 5 years, due to clever small lay-offs, hundreds of them, to skirt the Federal WARN requirements - which is another major lawsuit waiting to happen).

    Only thing for sure is that no matter what the outcome, the lawyers will get paid.
