    Directors, Good Riddance

Does the retiring chairman have to be replaced or can Mayer be both CEO and Chairman. I'm fine with that, save a big salary, and lots of free options because half the directors over the past 10 years have contributed nothing, and walked into the sunset with enormous compensation for a) turning down the Microsoft offer and b) contriubting nothing technically. Good riddance to all of them. I see that they will be down to 10 Directors, and I don't know the minimum requirement. If it weren't for regulatory requirements, I'd let Mayer run the company solely by herself.

    • You just showed everyone on this board how stupid you are with one post. Get informed and stop asking stupid questions that you will answer with one of your aliases.

      • I don't know who you think you are talking to, but I'm long 12,000 shares of Yahoo since $11/share cost basis. I have no aliases. I'm a big Mayer supporter, and yes, until she arrived the Yahoo board was filled with useless directors for the past 10 years, and most are gone, many under her leadership. So, what in the hell are you talking about. I'm long Yahoo......it's going to $30+
