I'd been looking for a new biotech to invest in for about a year. The last one I invested in was Spectrum Pharmaceuticals last December right before their stock offering. That one didn't work out very well for me; however, I have been tracking Oncovista for about four years it's the co-founder from Ilex Oncology new baby. The company has been reborn recently because he sold their cancer diagnostic business for over $65 million in consideration. That's almost $3 in future cash per share since their are only 21.2 million shares outstanding with little in the way of warrant overhang. With the Ebbs and Flows of biotech stocks in general I think the risk vs. reward is really good for Oncovista, you can even see that management has been picking shares up down here at these levels. Not having many shares outstanding and a stable of drugs he's gotten from larger oncology companies and one's he worked on at Ilex for ten years. I think this is a great time to study up on Oncovista. Every dog has their day, and I think Oncovista is about ready to shine.. Please keep an eye on OVIT!
