Don't worry about the selling. The question now is how will DOLE handle the proceeds of the asian unit sale. Hopefully they pay the majority of the debt off and keep the leverage ratio's at extreme low levels to where there will not be a need to sell off assets. I just bought more shares as I feel this co. has great long term prospects especially now that the debt could be paid off. The population growth is not slowing and people are wanting healthier foods in their diet. DOLE supplies the healthiest foods known to man, fresh fruits and vegetables, you can't get any healthier then that. The issues lie in the margins, if DOLE can increase their profit margins then that would propel the stock higher. I look at positions in food stocks such as DOLE, CQB, FDP as commodity plays.
