Yup, there's definitely a little doji there, and a couple of the oscillators are showing a likely pullback, but I wouldn't expect anything much other than the usual couple of points, not worth a trade for scalping unless you are trading at least 10,000 shares and don't mind taking the risk of missing the boat in getting back in. Use the short term trend line, and the 20dma for best timing. Then make sure the oscillators are changing. Otherwise, just don't waste your time, and simply hold. CCJ is not an easy stock to trade very often. Most of the techies I've seen on this talk-a-thon are not good enough to do what they claim. Most are full of BS. There's only been a couple who've been helpful and knowledgeable about the subject that don't act like fools. :)
I would not waste one second worrying about what happens to this stock in the short term! Unless of course you need the money within a month or so. Here is a quote from today's Dines letter. I have been a subscriber for only one month and it has paid for its subscription several times over-
How people react to news can be very revealing. For example, Kuwait has made the incredible revelation that their largest oil field is past its peak output and will plunge. Thats right, Kuwaits Burgan oil field will now reduce its planned output from two-million barrels a day to around 1.7-million barrels per day, quite a shock for the worlds second-largest oil field that has been pumping for almost sixty years and which accounts for over half of Kuwaits proven oil reserves! All current forecasts for higher oil output from Kuwait must now be considered completely wrong. We do not do book reviews, but we did mention Twilight in the Desert: The Coming Saudi Oil Shock in a recent TDL, by Matt Simmons.
