......IRVINE, Calif., June 28, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Bioenergy Inc., (UBRG), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company, that markets and distributes natural gas, electricity, petroleum and coal, announced that its largest Investor and shareholder is seeking to increase its stake in the Company.
The Investor, currently the largest shareholder in Universal Bioenergy, is potentially seeking to increase its holdings in the Company by another 10%, and acquiring an additional 254 million shares of the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. If the Investor intends to retire those shares it would significantly reduce the supply of outstanding shares in the open market, and could potentially increase the value of the Company's shares.
