In last 6 months insiders have bought ZERO shares but have sold nearly one third of their shares down to less than ONE PERCENT of the outstanding.

    Is anyone home????

If you look at Greenway (GWAY) they report GAAP numbers even if they are less than thrilling and the insiders own just under 30% of the shares.

Try to find any good company that not only reports fake numbers but has pimp tout sheets that use them rather than the GAAP numbers. There are none.

    GAAP. Generally Accepted Accounting Practices.

In GAAP 2+2=4. In non GAAP it equals whatever the hell you want it to.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • Agree. You'd figure CEO Bush with his cheerleader type of fake enthusiasm would be Buying or at least Holding; he has in fact Sold at levels that will never come again. This co imo is worth no more than $20/shre. But considering Jim Cramer has pumped the CEO and his flock with Buy Buy Buy and compared to CRM, share price makes absolutely NO sense. Again, $20/share makes some sense but still would be risky. $1.05 X 82 = Friday's closing price. Imagine institutions and even Cramer will realize over the weekend aft they rewind the CC that Bush's calling was to be a great male cheerleader, not CEO. Sell this and just listen to the next few CC's that will be filleth cover-up excuses as a result of a failed $290M buyout of Epocrates. There is no bottom in these shares until some of the shorts cover. But I expect the brilliant shorts will add to their position as this over-hyped and bs story Cloud player has FINALLY been exposed. And my last point, I am certain ATHN was Halted after-hours yet it was not reported. Not 1 share traded after 4:31 ET but I did see the bid in the $86 area, that would be a 10%+ fall feom that $95 close. 10% Halts should be reported I thought, or is there another rule for the Islands?
