In Jan 2004, the management team presented the internal-only 2004 and 2005 revenue goals to the sales force. The numbers were very aggressive but were explained as vital to ensure company success. There was no strategy on how to achieve these numbers other than the usual inane rah-rah from exec vp of sales 101.
Unfortunately, if you take the actual revenues for 2004 plus 2005, you only reach the 2004 plan number. The plan 2005 number was a pipe dream. Using Radha & team's own goals to measure their performance, they failed everyone very badly. Yet that management team is still working there and scoring bonuses while 10% of those relying on them to execute properly lost their jobs. That's what the employees are thinking about the clowns running the place.
