Bad again? Numbers in what period? Did you listen to call, or do you just post to hear yourself talk? During the question answer session at 42.26 of the presentation, Ken mentioned that they have had the best start to a quarter they have ever had, particularly a first quarter - that most of the deals hanging on at the end of the last quarter had closed in the first 60 days of Q1 2013.
Looks like Q1 2013 will be the best first quarter ever. Those deals that missed closing in Q4 closed in the last 60 days. A chart showing percentage of pipeline deals closing in first sixty days of a quarter going back several years ranked the first 60 days of the present quarter near the top. SOFO is going to start the year off with a bang.
I agree w1lliam. Watching to the CC, I think that Q1 will be a pleasant surprise. I know how excited I was w/the 2M Kaust deal back in '09. I thought that would generate a lot more investor interest than it did.
As these larger deals unfold, I still wonder how interest in this issue will be sustained going forward.
I've lost the BIG PICTURE here, and am not sure how long we investors have to wait to see a payday.
I'm not buying anymore on these lows. I'm not planning on selling, but I'm not a buyer either. If Longs like me feel this way, what is the impetus for future investment in SOFO?
