Logic 1010 why these low volume pumps smack of manipulation

Imagine you walk into Best Buy to get a new 60" flat screen, there are 15 people in the store but a warehouse full of the TVs and three trucks waiting to be unloaded with those TVs, are you going to rush to buy where customer load indicates little demand, or wait for a sale?

The second unbelievable part of the manipulation is that some guys in Blue shirts rush in to buy the $1500 TVs when a $5 off sale is announced.

It does fit when purchasing is left to badly programmed machines who don't consider the number of customers or supply and just consider price action.
