    Surface conversion

I have the 128gb Surface, it has been almost a week and a half and the response from others is amazing, I had two persons regreting recent purchase of iPad and one of those actually did return. They see this device and it screams business productivity. The pen, hands down completely worth the price of the Pro on its own. Needless to say, the more the Surface laptop is seen and used it will easily gain traction, not one person has disliked it or more importantly something they are going to get themselves.

5.0 out of 5 stars Surface PRO is AMAZING!!!, February 19, 2013
By curt weese (KENMORE, WA, US) - See all my reviewsThis review is from: Microsoft Surface Pro Windows 8 Pro 128 Gb Tablet (Personal Computers)
SURFACE PRO ROCKS!!! I don't know what the naysayers are talking about. I think that most of them are typing their comments/reviews on an IPad and are bitter. lol!

I now have purchased two of the Surface Pro' for me and one for my girlfriend....and it is AWESOME.

I sold IPad (nicest one out currently) and my EVO and went all in with Windows 8 with my phone and a new Surface. They both link perfectly with my home PC and my Xbox account which is really cool actually.

It is 1000x more responsive than my IPad was and the phone crushes my EVO droid phone too. I know people say there aren't a lot of apps yet, but jeez most of the apps on the IOS store are #$%$ anyway.

Plus, now you can use Bluestacks app to run an emulator on the Surface Pro and you can run 750,000 droid apps on your Surface Pro anyway (I tested it and it worked perfectly instantly) so you have more apps than you will ever use.

I got office365 and now my girl and me have all of our docs on every device wherever we are and we both have skydrive and share some folders on it for pics and other stuff which is great too.

The main thing I think Microsoft is missing is advertising this new Tablet/Laptop to the gaming market too. they are missing the boat!!!

I loaded in Diablo III over the weekend on both of our Surface Pro's at home and my girlfriend and I both leveled up past level 15 and the touch interface actually works perfectly with the way Diablo III has you move. I know I could have run it at the highest settings on my home PC, but the Surface Pro ran Diablo at the HIGH settings and I just turned off the high end shadowing and it doesn't lag at all.

It can also run Guild Wars 2, Portal 2, World of Warcraft and countless other games that you NEVER could run on any other tablet other than the newest ones and frankly people using an IPad can stick with Angry Birds. lol!

Just saying that most of the people griping about the Surface Pro are haters and haven't even really used one yet. The integration at my work is seamless too and this year you will see huge migration to it in the corporate world. Flexibility, portability and integration into the enterprise world that microsoft already owns.

      Great job, Microsoft!!!

    • just got one myself, love it! It's no comparison to anything else, you can absolutely use it like a real laptop and full touch screen. I don't see how anyone would waste money on a pure touchpad. Perhaps buyers can spend $200 for their toddlers to swipe angry birds but no more than $200.
College kids are flocking to Surface Pro and other hybrid laptops like flies on #$%$, because it does everything with one price.
but unfortunate for msft, dumb investors are still flocking to nflx and amzn with their PE ratio in thousands. It boggles the mind what people do, but it is the market-- if it is always predictable then everyone would be rich.

    • Good to hear you like it,plenty of thought went into the design of the all in one Pro device.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR!!! OMG!!! You shills will tell any lie you can make up, won't you?

Here's a GREAT example of just how much "thought" went into the design of this digital travesty:

"Surface Pro Teardown Reveals It’s Virtually Unrepairable"

        Google it.

        "Worst iFixit score ever"

        Google it.

"A teardown of Microsoft’s new Surface Pro tablet has revealed that it is virtually impossible to repair.
The tablet got the worst score handed out by iFixit, just one out of ten. It ranked lower than the iPad and Surface RT.

The teardown revealed that the screen is held in place by “a metric duckload” of adhesive, which means it is almost impossible to remove. The battery is also glued in place and iFixit claims that it is impossible to replace without wrecking the back cover. As if a “duckload” of glue wasn’t enough, the Surface Pro also contains more than 90 screws.

All this makes Microsoft’s new tablet impossible to repair and anyone trying to take it apart will probably destroy it in the process. Granted, tablets aren’t meant to be easily repairable, but the fact that it ranks lower than the iPad, which is notoriously tough to take apart and fix, doesn’t bode well for Redmond."

Apparently all that "thought" was focused on how to bend consumers over with yet another pyle o shyt MS disaster.
