I don't expect to see IGR hit their 52 week high, much less their all time high, but I thought ask what other might be thinking.
According to Oxford Club, this stock is still a BUY.
Based on what the underlying REITS did today, the NAV should be way up.
i WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT TRADE BACK TO 11-13. WON'T BE ANYTIME SOON. Commercial real estate not in the best shape now. Nobody wants to invest in a risky market.
