Thanks for your support. And congrats you got it right this time.
I don't care where the money comes from just keep it coming. Thanks again.
You are right, sometimes I can't believe how lucky I am. My friend talked my into putting in an application. I didn't even know they were hiring. Now I'm retired and he is still working and probably will be until he is 65.
30 and out. You got to love it!
Currently housing is undergoing DEFLATION. And since most people in the US are mortgaged up to their nostrils, and have no REAL savings, their home represents their "savings"... their net worth.
People who expected their home to appreciate, and act as their retirement money are getting CREAMED. Suits me fine. I'm a saver. I'll buy one of those monster homes for peanuts when prices fall further. I like deflation! Let it rock and roll!
Many conservative investors are saying by the end of the year the market will drop 30 to 50%. This could happen, if the Socialist/Dem party keeps power. There could also be a bull market starting if after the Dem/Nov spanking takes place. Only time will tell. Only 80 million people voted in the last election.
Why do you always sound like an idiot? You must have to simplify things to very basic levels to try and understand them.
Take a course in economics. You might have a hope of understanding issues and facts. Up to now, you make posts that show your complete ignorance.
Now go hide your head in the sand like the good liberal you are.
are you guys still buying gold?'
wit every dip in the market. I love guys who probably never shop talk about there is no inflation. If you look at the packages they look like they should be for a doll house. Yogurt now has a 4 oz container which is 1/2 of what it once was and it is more expensie. How about the $10 breakfast. Denny grand slams are about 4 times what they once were.
Everything other than stocks and houses are much more expensive. HOw much different does it make for a purchase like a house of once ever 20 years?
Inflation is till here and hyper inflation clearly is still a threat. The only think certain not to go up is the payment on money that you have in the bank.
