Here's no spin - the fact is they hired someone right away to replace him. In the corporate world, if someone at Fuerst's level leaves unexpectantly, it takes time to replace that person - the fact they have someone (high caliber) to replace Fuerst indicates to me that he was forced to resign. Now ... in my opinion, the fact that Sparvax is under scrutiny for its stability, and Fuerst was hired to create stability for Sparvax is a troubling sign for that product. Bottom line, if Monday the stock falls a lot, then I would think Sparvax is DONE. If PIP remains unchanged, then no big deal about Fuerst.
