Siga ssking for 3 million from PIP under false pretense is the real theft here, and that's what the Judge ruled on. It is Siga that has been cited for theft by the Judge. His view was that you cannot simply ask for money from a company with a promise of a partnership take the money and then simply walk away. You are grossly misinformed and perhaps someone who would borrow money from a friend with a promise to pay it back and then screw that same friend. I believe that the Delaware Supreme Court will uphold the merits of the Decision. There is precendent to support the Lower Courts judges decision.
Very well said. But now it's best to ignore those who come here just to taunt longs. Whatever will happen will happen, and all the back and forth means nothing. There was enough debate before and during the trial. Now it's just time to wait and see what happens. I
