Barrick Gold Corporation Message Board

  • pascuaforensics pascuaforensics Jul 12, 2011 1:37 PM Flag

World Gold Council members knew Pascua fraud 1 decade

Yet the confabulatory rejection of good mines and projects, silence with the info at hand forever, veiled attacks against Mina pascua owner mining patrimony via third parties, bank pillage of bank accounts, planting banksterz, planting psudo investors to conduct industrial espionage, was fierce 1996-2011 from WGC members against Mina Pascua owner & Chile.

    Implacable.

They all abandoned Chile and its minerals, job creations, expansions and mine openings

Most notable BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION abandoning profitable Gold prolific EL INDIO - TAMBO - SAN CARRON areas with Gold at US150/oz
These mines were closed AS IF to "back up ABX"s Chile exodus with a plan"....

These criminals have played with the lives of thousands of families and responsible for genocide.

Their souls shall rot in jails starting 2011 and 2012 the eyar of reckoning for ABX worldwide

    • You really are starting to lose the plot aren't you bud? Your endless rants about "the biggest fraud since enron" seem to be losing more and more credibility with each passing day.

Close your short position in ABX, write off your MWR or whatever that lottery ticket is called and try to learn something from this whole experience.

      • Sorry roullete player...

        Misguided reader...

This is what you come up with, in defense of Barrick and compadres at WGC? in the middle of the biggest expose of fraud at exchanges worldwide by ABX?

you must be some worried petty player hereat are you not?

What would you do as good citizen if you saw pillage at your corner's store? tell the store owner to shut his trap & put up?

misguided project of a citizen, ugly shadow of a regular citizen respectful of the law.

There is plotting and complotting at the top always, not as an exception, but as a norm, as absolute power corrupts, absolutely.

Please do not try to be the self appointed marshall of the field, calling a simple board messenger, a bad person.

I am here to expose fraud, rampant fraud by ABX to SEC, TSX, NYSE and shareholders worldwide and you?

        to make $ of fraud?

    • There are plenty of signatures confirming that there are no problems for ABX. Specifically, ABX 2010 Annual Report which is filed with the SEC so SO law applies.

CEO and CFO go to jail (for a long time) if they sign a false report. Yet the ABX 2010 AR lists the mine and the CEO and CFO have signed the 2010 AR that states "Beyond 2011, the Company is targeting organic production growth
to nine million ounces within five years and total cash costs to benefit from the start-up of its low cost Pueblo
Viejo and Pascua-Lama projects." There are many more references to Pascua-Lama but NOT one reference to Jorge's Lama.

Of course as I said before, if a someone performs a leud act with a lama on the street outside of ABX's headquarters, is ABX required to report the same gross event? Apparently not.... have a good one Jorge and friends of Jorge... :)

    • LLama is spelt with 2 L's , the other is a priest !!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Well, you certainly have an imagination on you!!!!! What an image!!!

But maybe you forgot that many priests in Canada went down performing improper acts with minors. And you'd have to admit that the Jorge fan club here post like a bunch of high schoolers...

    • I think you meant goat.

    • Why would you simply rely on what Barrick says?

BTW those reports are done by expert Chilean mining surveyors who are recognized and relied upon by the Chilean government as experts. There opinion holds legal weight.

Mining titles and docs at www.minapascuachile.com seem to back up all of what PF is saying.

ABX ignoring the issue and not speaking publicly on what MWR and Mr Lopehandia are saying speaks volumes. ABX through TSX policy is required to comment publicly if someone us publishing info which is material against their mining properties. To this day ABX has not spoke publicly on any of MWR and Mr Lopehandias releases.

So we have a bunch of blind investors who don't want to ask ABX the tough questions to the obvious. Just shut up and invest and listen to what the company says seems to be their motto, sad really.

    • Asked and answered - several times! Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean it isn't correct.

    • tjwappraise...??

If you’re interested in keeping up to date, this article from stockwatch as well as this article by The Street touches on the issues. We have ABX who has their side and we have MWR and Mr Lopehandia with their side.

What we're doing is trying to make sense of it considering ABX has gone completely silent. Mr Lopehandia and Mountain-West Resources have some compelling evidence that dates back to March of this year. Mr Lopehandia has a website full of docs that show he owns the disputed titles as he has been claiming all along. We have documents from expert Chilean mining surveyors recognized as experts from the Chilean government that say Mr Lopehandia owns the claims. Silver Wheaton admitted they never saw the mining titles to the Chilean side of Pascua Lama

    • Your answers don't make sense. Jorge got burned by Barrick so he's staying away from the major players. Jorge has principles. Barrick surpressed the news so no one{Newmont/major mining companies} new what was going on. All b.s. answers. As I;ve said before to address these answers:#1-Jorge could have gone to a major with lawyers{they would protect him} in tow and sealed a sweet deal
#2- Jorge would not have given up his principles if he had his entourage of lawyers with exact stipulations of what he wanted.
#3-Even if Barrick surpressed the news on Pascua Jorge would have enlightened the major miners with his inside info and title and they would have been jumping through the hoops to please him if they deemed his info to be true.
So as I said, your answers to why Jorge did not go to a major company and not a flea ridden company like Mountain west resourses does not make logical sense!

    • Maybe they don't make sense to you, but thanks for finally conceding they are answers - that frankly others might agree with.
