Did I misunderstand Singer when he said that price increases did not help in the 4th quarter year over year sales? Maybe, they didn't have a price increase in the 4th quarter(but, maybe they did on some items) but if they had ANY price increases in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd quarter'...they would help in the 4th quarter year over years sales...tha.
I didn't know that they had already lost 15 million in sales from someone(mostly Wal Mart? tha) when I wrote the post early in the AM before the CC...Wal Mart is not going to tolerate these actions...they are trying to teach but, some people never learn...take all the charts into that sales presentation and see what Wally World tell's you to do...make sure that it is good paper cause they will tell you to wipe your rear end with it or like one buyer did to me; just roll it into a ball and throw it into the trash can...and, I ain't talking about no one store operation...100 or so locations...
Could 911 have been overloaded yetersday in that area...the VanI's were probably about to have heart attacks when the caller asked about the dividend. Singer wanting hire V.P.'s, expensive offices, buy, buy, buy...the VanI's wanting to keep those coupons coming...something has got to give:))
Sales Rep.'s...trained over 300 less last year...could it be that was due to route cut's...only 1,400 or maybe not that many now...what was last year's total turnover number or this year's total...what % of turnover is that...how can sales grow with constant turnover?
Salem, maybe that business school can teach me these answers...I have some more questions but, later...

Placed under WRONG policy letter's in my opinion...which placed me into a short monetary shortfall(could this have been done on purpose:) tha. )...comments; we will break him and he will lose everything that he ever worked for from the higher up's...job elimination while off due to on-the-job injuries-then, put back into being one year thereafter:))

Apparently, you have not done ANY research or you have received incorrect information from the VTC...
Now,I wander what the people are saying that was boosting about what they did or didn't do to me? And, I am glad that the Re's(re-hire's-rejects) are still with the company...with this type of leadership...the company has but one direction to go...the same way that it has been going in recent years.
The next time someone write's a letter to the BOD...I would hope that someone does a little more research than was done on mine...
But, in the long run; they did me a favor. Thanks.

This is just a little information from last supervior's letter...then, some notes from the last Sales Audit Evaluation...
You live far from your major accounts and travel to and from has always inflated expenses...(:)) Well, guess who approved the place he lived before he purchased the house? No one could tell him how to cut expenses and do his job properly...)
Time...Time away from work with DOCTOR VISTS and car repairs are big problems(:))) Well, guess where his injuries come from...can you say ON-THE-JOB. Guess who's car it was?)
He does an excellent job with his contact accounts.
He is faced with several managers that he has little respect for due to their PERFORMANCE over MANY years. Cooperation with these managers and he is a problem...(tha, the person WRITING the LETTER would not correct the poor mangement problem...he's the one who had the authority over them)...Newer mangers who PERFORM and want to LEARN find him VERY helpful.
All accounts that he has contact with are in GOOD order. Where problems exist with past dues he handles promptly and collects Lance's money!
All reports are in as due on time.
He will call an apple an apple. His patience is limited for POOR PERFORMERS as they increase his work load...HE HAS OVER THE YEARS HAD TO BECOME VERY EFFECTIVE AT RESOLVING POOR SERVICE PROBLEMS.
He is very effective at selling a program that we can handle. If there is a problem in this area it is that he is too CAUTIOUS. It sometimes appears he is holding back due to a lack of confindence in the ABILITIES of sales rep. and branch mangers...(THA. Who was in charge of these poor performer's! The guy writing the letter and he may be still working for the company???:))) )
Very effective with his supermarket chains in getting promotions.
DOES HE NEED TO GO ON"? For goodness sake...don't get hurt on the job and need to go to the doctor!

Sunshine Man, you need to move on with your life. If you don't like Lance and the way the stock is performing, sell it and buy something else. But be aware every CPG stock is in the dumper due to escalating prices. Have you bought groceries lately? Even at Wally World? Have you filled your gas tank lately? Wake up and smell the devaluation of the dollar!

That is all the reason more to be or become frugal...Lance 8-count $2.28, Autin 12-count $1.88, FL 8-count $1.50...so, which should people buy?
Could Lance be higher because of Poor Management and the dividend payout(gotta' keep those VanI's happy)? I do believe that the other companies use wheat, flour in their products...or, am I mistaken?
Open that door for the competition...they love it when Lance just GIVES them business.

This WAS NOT THE policy that was in effect when my on-the-job injuries occured...Policy #38-#66 was. Was that morally right? After over 20 quality years of service...

I don't have to impress anyone...my SALES RECORD speaks for itself...how has the company's record been with all of those YES people runnning the show? They have run off more GOOD people than I could every hire in a life time.
And, I believe the HUMAN RESORCE manager was there at the time also...did he approve of this treatment...I knew him personnally too...took him to the airport after an Orlando meeting when NO ONE else would...including the person running the meeting or his second hand person...
