I think what needs to be remembered is that there are no credentials required to be a "someone" on SA to write articles. Invariably, they are wannabees - as is just about everyone who works in the business...mostly those with inflated egos looking for an audience.
Bottom line is, they do not look at the details regarding any specific company - they just skim the surface, that's why you see "articles" like the one he posted. Only focusing on the fact that the stock is up 50% or more from the undervalued price he caught it at previously.
Did he look at the business? See how they've done so well through the economic crisis of the past couple years? See how things are rebounding and the potential going forward? Comparison to competitors on any fundamental basis? Of course not - the impetus for the article was entirely based on the increase in stock price.
