everyones talking about i/p...i'm in this just like the rest of you, but you really have to ask some hard questions, before looking at the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow...even if i/p wins/ settles any claims, why should they divvy up anything to vrng? these suits were in the fire long before the merge...what really is vrng to them? a 10 mil. co., that isn't making any serious money... 44% stake? what does that mean in dollars? Patents, apps, potential? so what? got to be more here, than meets the eye... i'm interested in vrng's future, not i/p. too much info missing....still holding, but not buying more...imho.
true, trading higher volume....but the price is going down, not up...if the street likes this deal, how come it's not showing it? we as shareholders, are the ones who want to like this.....but, if you could have all your money back, would you still be in? tough choices....
With all due respect you don't really understand this deal. A merger by definition is a unification. VRNG/IP will be one company whatever one has the other has. The 55/45 split is only to determine how many shares of the new company you will have BUT whatever IP does after the merger you will benefit unless you sell your shares before the merger is completed. I hope this is clear.
i do understand the principals of this deal, what i dont understand, is why? vrng has so little to offer, except some patents, and apps that we do not know if they can make money with...they do not need to sue anyone for millions, yet, and their getting a 44% stake in a company, about to make some big money....also, organic who? who needs them? makes you wonder.....but i'm stuck for now....thanx.
