Google et al and now all the others shot across Vringo's bow says " we'd rather fight than buy"!
It's becoming clear that they have no intentions of attempting to resolve this case and will never admit to infringement, jury decision or not. They have most likely all met behind closed doors and agreed that as long as no one attempts to buy them out they cannot sustain the lengthy process of litigation.
It's becoming clear bad.dog that you have no intentions of becoming any wiser. VRNG is not for sale. It's like standing in the middle of the runway, and screaming "the train doesn't stop here!" No kidding dummy, now get out of the way before you get run over.
I'll say it again, I guess because I like to hear myself? Anyway, If a company doesn't want to pay VRNG royalties, they surely don't want VRNG sitting in the board room, and that's exactly what it would cost to buy them out; lots of cash, and some seats. That's like saying to your soon to be ex-wife in the middle of a divorce that the house and cars were ok, but the alimony bothers you, and so now you wish to jump from the frying pan in to the fire by giving her power of attorney to make all decisions for you too.
It's only a matter of time until the pins are all knocked down, and VRNG gets it's ruling.
who cares what you think. you weren't at any meetings so your opinion isn't even worth a subway ticket. as for your idiotic post, they can and will outlast. courts only allow things to go on for so long. there is a process in the legal system. google can ask for an appeal, does that mean they will be granted one? if not, guess what that means? write a check bioch.
