Well, some overlap in some customers with Bruker's mass spec. No problem in Europe there. Nano's problem more likely time from TFS. Bruker to try for FDA clearance this year... let's see what labeling they get! Not that this MS is real competition for Nano in the US.
Frank Laukien - President and CEO
This is Frank. I’ll take that. We are working on FDA clinical trials in the United States. The MALDI Biotyper last year had continued to have double digit organic growth above the corporate average, with quite a bit of uptick also in non-clinical applications in regulatory agencies, including in the United States that of course do not need FDA approval. So FDA approval, we are hoping for it in the second half of the year and we are working very diligently with the FDA on that.
Small world. I used to work for Bruker Instruments in the 80's as an electrical engineer. At the time superconductor magnets for NMR spectrometers and experimental MRI were very active. I actually remember Frank who was working on his PhD at the time in Boston. The office was just north in Billerica. Could you kindly tell me what you mean by TFS?
