Didn't this company have a 10 to 1 reverse split or was it different? In my years of investing very few reverse splits work. Isn't funny how the price of a stock makes the so called investment companys pile into a company. Its only numbers,go figure. To me this is a low price stock that has move up the lader because they had a reverse split.
Yes and an earlier 1 for 5 split......and then dilution, dilution from about the current amount of shares,,,,up to 75 million. It took them about 10 years to do this dilution. It took lots of shares to pay the creditors ,PR firms, etc.
as soon as you open your mouth the #$%$ rolls out.....
Stick to the facts.....current number of shares.....turnover, earnings, outlook.
All that garbage you mention...was NEVER at the expense of EPS
Still....angry that you do not belong to the winners hey?
OH JEE...HOW SAD.....NEVER MIND....
In your years of investing, how many reverse splits have you seen done with companies that were profitable and had minimal debt? Is it possible that there were too many shares outstanding for the amount of earnings they had and that now it is more in-line with where it should be?
I suggest you take a look at Titanium Metals for a peak at where this is going.
