But gee, it is way up over my cost basis and so tempting. But I love this company and the dividend which pays me 12% on my original cost basis.
What would you do?
put a stop loss order on it at a price you can live with if it does sell. Not that I'm complaining - but why the break out on the upside? Money coming into the market?
Would be a seller here. Way above book value by 2-3 dollars that scares me. Plus they probably
should be doing a secondary soon,be interesting at what price. Dividend is nice only if you do
not lose your capital.

Been in since last fall...like divy...holding
IF earnings has improved and the dividend is raised then I could change my mind on the
outlook. But it is way above NAV and usually you want to buy at book or below.
