If ALL is doing so well, why can't they increase the dividend
I would not be sucked into this stock, at this price. The dividend is puny for a company with it's roots dating back to 1931. An .88 cent dividend is measly. If Wilson had any confidence in his ability to run this company, he could reward the shareholders with more than that. Oh, he will do a share buyback soon enough, but that will only increase the share price for guys in the elite class he is in (OK - I know you could then sell your shares). But, his options are based on the share price, and therefore he wants to inflate the price so he can profit, not return cash dividends. How many of the ordinary shareholders have options? Few, so the share buybacks are to line the pockets of the long term option holders - i.e. - Wilson and his fellow execs.
