    Poor Customer Service

    Just read this comment on their facebook page, what a horrible response to all stakeholders: "My wife is an accident caused by a driver who ran a red light. The driver was insured by Allstate. We get two unsolicted letters from Allstate about our 'claim' (which we have not made yet). A 3rd letter arrives (3 days after the 2nd) saying, "after carefully reviewing the circumstances of this accident, we have determined that our insured is not legally liable." Oh by the way, Allstate's 'insured' was ticketed for running a red light and causing an accident that included 6 vehicles. A careful review of the circumstances?? I think not. We are in very poor hands indeed."
