Yes the gasoline at WNRs convenience stores comes from the refinery and is a competitive advantage. 160 stores can pump alot of gas and they dont sell the gas at a market discount..Conveinent stores usually make most of their profits on non gasoline food etc. items.
Anyone? WNR says the Brent-WTI spread helps them out. But it's not clear to me why all their local/inland competitors don't have the same advantage - and this can presumably end-products for same low price. So where's the advantage?
