babysitter, check "messages" for my response on MLP.
Someone had David's thread (topic) on "Comments that are inappropiate or Names policy" deleted.
However, I did respond to your message and will answer any additional questions your may have on the MLP subject. Check "messages" for my response.
Well sure seems like this may position i am curious what you may think about this MLP ???? Shouldn't this get WNR moving in the right direction once again??? Nor.. many thanks for the comments.. oh!! btw.. anyone here still holding WNR ??? DAVE ... best to all!
Hi David, well I can't match the size of Doogles stash of WNR shares, but I do have some recently purchased May call options. I just keep trading on the dips and peaks. Never hit them perfectly, but close is profitable. Just have to keep after it.
If WNR go with an MLP I think it will be a possitive for WNR's stock price. It gives them cash up front and tax advantages long term. But it's likely to be late summer before anything happens. Focus more on the cost of US crude and the crack spreads for now. GLTU
I'm not sure how to take your comment on dividends. If you own WNR then there would be no change in the tax treatment of the dividends you receive, WNR is the DIRECT owner of the MLP.
If you are a DIRECT owner of the MLP, the quarterly distributions are NOT dividends and the tax treatment is more complex. Hope that helps.
