Maybe a trader like Carl Ichan borrowed the shares on Thursday and dumped them on the market Friday at the open. In other words a self fullfiling short play. Then again, this is most likely against the law. .
The 65.09 was an aberration. My guess is that the 65.09 trade was to go through "at open" but cleared at pre-market price (where spread is higher) and was recorded as occurring during market hours - probably a computer glitch and the trade at 65.09 was reprinted at a more normal price. 225K shares at open or close is not unusual for this stock.
