Ken has consistently ignored the interests of minority shareholders AND depositors.
He is rightfully being sued by Joe Stillwell and others trying to protect and preserve those rights.
Please right the SEC and ask them to look into this travesty!
Hey plasticman - why won't you answer the question? I am an owner and I think Martinek is violating the law and trampling on the rights of minority shareholders. i am an activist investor; and Joe Stillwell (a close to 10% shareholder) is currently bringing a lawsuit v. Martinek and NECB and owns more stock than the entire NECB board. Frankly my clients and i own more than most board members. I have stated why i care. You tell us why you are here other than using the same sorry #$%$ excuse that Martinek uses. Ken does not own the company - the stockholders do - and hiding behind "depositors" as owners is idiotic and makes no sense as depositor rights are ephemeral at best in the absence of a second step conversion which Martinek fights like a disease. So i as again plasticman - why the #$%$ are you here if not a martinek yap dog?
I am here because I enjoy our long drawn out conversations. I am hoping that we can some day progress to meeting in public. Maybe you take me out for ice cream, then eventually dinner, maybe a long walk on the beach.
