Wait until all the other Amazon significant insiders realize that capital gains for them ARE going up for them. They don't have $20B in funny money, so they will all take a very significant portion off the table as soon as it become clear that they'll be losing between 5% and 8.8% of the current total value (actually much more since longer term this will get cut in half).
I cannot think of one good reason to remain long on this stock right now. There have been huge gains, it sits at 52w high levels, FWD P/E over 100, valuation vs its peers is at an all-time high, capital gains are going up massively, potential recession looms. In fact you would have to expect this stock to appreciate more than 10% next year just breakeven on taxes, when it is already technically way overbought. So you have economic, policy, technical and fundametal reasons to sell.
