start out the year with a large loss. For anyone to get behind early in the year makes for much panic.

But... but Amazon is going to own 25% of the $1 e-commerce market... Again, I will ask the question -- is the net profit per item sold (on an identical item) higher for an internal Amazon sale or a 3P sale?
Alternatively, if Amazon ceased to sell anything itself and went all 3P (replacing every internally sold unit with a 3P unit), would it be more or less profitable?
