Sybil's call iz that it will drop on volume to the 220 range az we approach bezos' story telling day. Then on story telling day at circle time, amzn will do the opposite.... Spike up AH, and then drop percipitously. It will open at 205 and make its way down to 180 from there before deciding to bounce to 200 and then crater to 140, or simply crater to 140...
I doubt AMZN will go below 200 unless there is a catalyst in the form of slowing revenues. Bezos is flailing widely trying to find new revenue sources to outrun the falling core revenues. I don't think he will be successful without a 8-10% unfair tax advantage, which is ending.
I don;t think it will happen that fast - too much is on the line for the investment banks/analyts and hedgies - they won;t give up that quickly. This could take 3-4 more earnings seasons before reality of the business model sinks in, that this stock is not worth 70x 2014 earnings at the start of 2013 (long after we should have seen all investments pay off).
15 years of operations and over $250B in revenues, yet only $2B total in retained earnings to show for it. What a cash generator.
