THe last statement, DOES The earnings effect by all the insiders sales done last three months?
Remember, in the new normal of investing, one wants losses not profits. Those get taxed and effective rates will be heading up. Never mind the fact that effective tax rates will continue to increase into the future. In reality, inflation + increasing effective taxes should lead to multiple compression. But, we cannot be constrained to reality until every short is killed. Of course, by that point we will have already crossed the event horizon and it won't matter anymore...
I think LNKD is more manipulated than AMZN is. There's no point in guessing what the stock price will do based on fundamentals, and insiders' trading activity is a poor indication of what the stock will do in the near future.
Somewhere between $95 and $135 after the earnings. That's my guess.
