OIL PIPELINES in the Williston Basin

Okay....lets see now....some poster said that there was not going to be an increase in Pipeline takeaway or more pipelines built in ND since they claimed some economic reason.....but when you look it up you see numbers that tell a very different story.

From the ND Pipeline Authority webpage info:

Pipeline takeaway for OIL in Bbls for The Williston Basin

And, the specific OIL pipelines are listed there also with the numbers for each year.

If you want to see the Railroad quantity numbers....they are also posted there.

Now,....... 52% of the Williston basin oil is moving out by Railroad.

    • So we are back to rehashing old posts and conversations? Ok what about MSFT and V as your brother brought up?

    • 2009......286,000

That is the past ND OIL pipeline Bbls/day of oil.

So, if there is any doubt as to just how close the State of ND is in their numbers for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016......all you need to do is to check the ND Director's Cut for December of those earlier years (2011 & 2010) and see just how close the ND production data is to the numbers posted at the Pipeline Authority webpage.

You also should match the railroad numbers for each year....just add the RR plus the pipelines and also look at any other will see pretty close numbers.. when you see numbers projected out to 2016 by the State of ND, they are based on data and pipeline expansions, and not just hopefulness or some article somewhere.
