I like how conviently articles aren't posted in the same sentencin content that they are intended for the reader

But Norris likes creating train wrecks. This is from the same PDF that was leftist out

    How ever, political support for
methanol fuels nationally waned after 2008(Kostka and Hobbs,
2010). National subsidies for engine conversion to methanol fuels
were discontinued ,and methanol pilot projects for cars were
downgraded from national programs to provincial initiatives.
Despite the announcement of a national standard for M85
    (85% methanol)gasoline in2009,theChinese government has
delayed the approval of aM15 (15%methanol) national standard.
Because M85 gasoline requires an engine conversion, it therefore
has limited market acceptance. By delaying theM15 standard, the
Chinese government appears to be deterring the legalization of nation wide methanol blending.
