Battery technology will be dead next year when two japan companies introduce their fuel cell cars. No plug in needed. GM will be stuck with a whole lot of lease terminations of volts. A whole lot of volts already sitting on dealers lots that no-one wants! Who wants a compact 40,000 dollar car!

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • You really don`t have a clue do you?

    • Uh.....hydrogen.....let me clue you's not a fuel, it's an energy carrier and a poor one at that. This technology will make batteries look cheap. Then there is the whole freezing issue in cold climates....not to mention infrastructure. CNG stations are 3x more expensive than a gas station...hydrogen stations...10x....

A whole lotta lease terminations on the volt huh.....hardly

      • Hydrogen is made from nat gas so while it sounds good it's just plain stupid not to use nat gas. For non science people that means nat gas converted into hydrogen is losing energy and putting off pollution in the process so it's an extra step that wastes energy. On the other hand the tree huggers aren't bright and will probably think the Hydrogen is coming from the ocean or something like that and will call the for the government to spend a bunch of money on fuel cells because it's the greatest green tech ever it just needs a push in the right direction.

The same people think inside of all the Arab's is an American trying to get out.
