Maybe higher Energy Prices will help the Economy

Sales of new U.S. single-family homes fell 7.3% in December to a 369,000-unit annualized rate, less than the 385,000-unit rate analysts were expecting.

    • Push energy prices high enough and old houses will cost to much to heat. Solves a couple of problems, hire the unemployed to tear them down then have HUD start building new green houses for the poor. Solar panels will then become cheap because of all the demand. Simple as that.

Of course tax revenues will be lower after all this so green homes will have to be taxed more to make up for revenue drop, same with high MPG or electric cars.

      • Up 28 cents a gallon after we've had a Extra 32 Million Barrels over the last 9 weeks. Bend over consumer we'll give Summer Prices in February this year. The stock market is up and we have the right to steal from the consumer.
