More price fixing indictments!
DETROIT -- A federal grand jury in Detroit filed charges Thursday against two Japanese automotive executives for their alleged role in an international price-fixing conspiracy.
According to the indictment, filed in U.S. District Court in Detroit, Ryoji Fukudome and Toshihiko Nagashima, executives for Tokyo-based Fujikura Ltd., conspired to fix prices on wire harnesses sold to Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., the parent of Subaru.
