top managers are weak at best. COO being asked to leave is good news, very good news. Now mighty mouse strategy and procurement leader needs to go. Company is starved of talent, lead by a mediocre CEO, who has little experience leading a major transformation of a bigger chemical company. this is a disaster unfolding
