This stock nearly doubles in three days RIGHT after a press release about a DELISTING NOTICE? Riiiiiiight. Nothing illicit goin' on here. Riiiiiggghtt.
If you read the 8-K, it says as long as AdStar's stock is over $1.00 for ten consecutive trading days, the delisting "threat" would be removed. And - LIKE MAGIC - the stock starts to surge??? Read my post about the "Magical Leap Above $1.00" from a few weeks back.
Leslie laid low when the stock was tanking for 30 days, because she knew everyone was watching. Now, since the delisting notice, she thinks no one's paying attention, so once again, it's MANIPULATION TIME. It'll be the same thing all over again. The stock will surge with zero news, and you'll all be feeling mighty good about yourselves, actually convincing each other that suddenly the company's doing fantastic! Google Google Google! Monster Monster! Ya - Hooooooooooooooo! Then the stock'll tank again, and you'll be scratchin' your heads goin' "Wha happen?"
You're so smart, you tell me why the stock's shooting up. Why, because the company is suddenly doing well? Did some investors get some kind of positive news from Leslie that no one else did? I believe that's insider trading, and I believe it's quite illegal.
I said this stock would shoot up for no reason, but I didn't think it would happen this late. So, as I said before, hold on to your hats and watch this thing skyrocket for no reason at all. And make a few bucks if you can.
"Hey! AdStar just got a delisting notice from Nasdaq! Buy! Buy! Buy!" Riiiiiigggghhhhhttttt.
