I pour thru the financials, but I can't see how this company can continue to pay their distributions (especially at 14%). Seems likely a cut is imminent, to around the 9% level (if my numbers are right). Anyone else come to a similar conclusion?
Exactly the opposite. The GP holds a significant number of subordinated shares. They have waived the right to any payout on their shares with no time limit until RNO can raise the payout on all shares.. That means distribution at current level is secure.
