I will be quite disappointed if we don't see any. After the Miami earnout is paid in full the company will have $1.4M in cash based on the 3/30/12 cash balance. They should generate at least $500K per quarter in cash for the rest of the year. They shouldn't need more than $2M in cash to run the business...maybe a bit more. I would like to see $1M in buybacks in 2012, though that may be a bit optimistic. Even at a $0.20 share price that is 5M shares. That is close to 4% of shares outstanding. What else do they need to do with the cash? Nada. I still don't know who the founding shareholders are going to sell to. Maybe they just sell to WHLM over time...unless Newcastle/Schwarz has an appetite for more shares.
