I can explain the practice of "the Street" by experience. They use simply data entry into a computer. The fact that earnings have decreased (drug monetized) and the share price has gone down completes their analysis. Based on their criteria, the result is a poor given. Current events, cash per share, & reasons for the beta are irrelevant. I believe that computers can be used to do far more than man. I believe that "the Street" should be shut down because of their disregard for detail. Are you aware of the dark side of Jim Cramer? lol
Puzzling drop in pps since they've submitted the NDA for PA325/PA810....and Krammer's computers are ganging up to push the price lower - why, I have no clue, very small short interest in this stock:

Editor's Note: TheStreet ratings do not represent the views of TheStreet's staff or its contributors. Ratings are established by computer based on metrics for performance (which includes growth, stock performance, efficiency and valuation) and risk (volatility and solvency). Companies with poor cash flow or high debt levels tend to earn lower ratings in our model.
NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- POZEN (Nasdaq:POZN) has been downgraded by TheStreet Ratings from hold to sell. The company's weaknesses can be seen in multiple areas, such as its deteriorating net income, disappointing return on equity, weak operating cash flow, generally disappointing historical performance in the stock itself and feeble growth in its earnings per share.
