I remember reading an article in the Wall St. Journal a few years ago of such an analyst impersonating a physician to gain clinical trial info. I dont' know whether it was the same Jonathan Aschoff. I have taken my profits from the ELN bonds to buy stock. Normally, I short the stock and buy the bond, but in this case I did a leg-in strategy. I wonder if alot of the short position are among hedge funds that are long the LYONS. If this were the case, they might want to cover sonner rather than later. It seems that th4 40 million share short position is disproportionately large for this type of stock. That's why, in part, I smell a short squeeze. The shorts have to cover in an orderly fashion before any news breaks. There are many news event both legal and scientific, before the end ofthe year. I'm not a scientist just a trader.
