With priority review status, FDA can approve it in less than 3 months (check link below). FDA can approve Tysabri by Dec.30 or January. You really don't want to be out of ELN when the gapper up to $20+ happens.
Don't confuse accelerated approval with priority review, accelerated approval is a totally different concept, nowhere in the link you provided was the word PRIORITY mentioned, you actually replaced the word accelerated with the word priority, here is a link to provide the information about the difference between priority review, fast track approval, and accelerated review.
